Cross-cultural understanding is the cornerstone for sustaining international business relationships with your team members, customers, suppliers and partners. When working in multinational teams, we are continuously exposed to a broad range of different worldviews, all of which permeate attitudes and behaviours. Cultural awareness briefings will help raise participants’ awareness of the cultural value systems, customs and everyday life of a specific country or region. These sessions also provide advice on how to do business and negotiate with your foreign counterparts. In addition, they may include guidance on best practices for living as an expatriate.
